Compounded with teflon to lubricate joint assemblies. Resistant to chemicals and can be used on pipes larger than 3/4" diam. to seal kerosenes, LP gas, oils, water, weak caustics, mild acids and low pressure steam. Performs to 500 F at moderately high pressure, will not run, drip or separate.
