| Vale, import and export bank and shipping companies signed a memorandum |

On May 19, 2015 in Brazil's President dilma rousseff and China's prime minister, li keqiang, under the witness of vale, the export-import bank of China and the two leading Chinese shipping companies 19 potential financing and loan arrangement separately signed a tripartite cooperation memorandum of understanding.
By vale, the export-import bank of China and China ocean shipping (group) company (cosco), as well as by vale, the export-import bank of China and China merchants group signed the memorandum of understanding between are prime minister li keqiang, are part of an official visit to Brazil trip.Both memorandum of understanding is discussed in terms of iron ore shipping financing cooperation, strengthen the cooperation between the vale and its Chinese partners.
According to the memorandum of understanding, the export-import bank of China to cosco group and China merchants group provide up to $1.2 billion in loans, respectively, to support the two shipping companies to provide vale ore shipping services.
Mr Vale, President and chief executive for the overseas MuLi, chairman of the export-import bank of China, ms hu xiaolian, cosco group chairman Mr Ma Zehua respectively with Mr Xiao-peng li, general manager of China merchants group, sign the memorandum of understanding on behalf of their respective enterprises.
